How can I modify my reservation?
It's very simple! Just contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or social media, and we'll gladly check availability to adjust your reservation. We're here to help.
Can I cancel or change my tour date?
Absolutely! You can request changes with at least 36 hours advance notice without any problem. If you need to cancel, we apply our refund policy based on the notice time. Your peace of mind is our priority.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow us to go out?
Your safety comes first. If weather conditions aren't favorable, you have two options: reschedule at no additional cost or request a 100% refund. We always navigate responsibly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and online payments through secure platforms. Choose whichever method works best for you.
What happens if I arrive late or miss the tour?

To guarantee the experience for all passengers, tours depart on time. If you arrive late or can't attend, unfortunatelywe cannot offer refunds or rescheduling. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to make the most of your adventure.
How long do we spend at Balandra?
You'll enjoy 25 to 30 minutes at the beautiful Balandra Beach—perfect time to swim, take photos, and connect with one of Baja California Sur's most iconic landscapes.
When is sea lion swimming season closed?
Due to conservation regulations, sea lion swimming is not available from June 1st to August 31st (breeding season). The rest of the year, this unique experience awaits you!
Can we bring alcohol?
Of course! You can bring alcohol and snacks to enjoy during the tour. We only ask that you avoid glass containers to protect the marine ecosystem. Take care of paradise, and paradise will take care of you.
Can we customize anything about the tour?
Follow an established itinerary to guarantee the best group experience. The captain may make adjustments based on weather conditions and comfort.

How many passengers fit in each boat?
We have 3 modern and comfortable boats for groups of all sizes:
- Papichulo 1: Up to 16 passengers
- Papichulo 2: Up to 22 passengers
- Papichulo 3: Up to 24 passengers
If I don't know how to swim, can I do the sea lion swimming?
For your safety, this activity requires swimming ability and basic snorkeling experience. The area has currents and it's important to keep pace with the group. If you don't swim, don't worry! We have other incredible experiences where you can enjoy the Sea of Cortez.

What are your business hours?
We're available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day to serve you. Your adventure starts when you decide!
What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
To rent your vehicle you need:
What's the minimum age to rent?
Minimum rental age is 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
What insurance do you offer?
All our vehicles include comprehensive coverage insurance for your peace of mind and protection during your trip.
Do you offer additional services like GPS, baby seats, or additional drivers?
Absolutely! We have GPS, baby seats, and additional drivers available upon request. Just let us know when making your reservation so we can have it ready.
Do you offer discounts for advance bookings or long rentals?
We currently maintain fixed rates regardless of advance booking time. Our prices are already competitive and fair throughout the year.
How does the security deposit work?
Simple reservation system:
- 30% deposit of total to reserve your vehicle
- Remaining balance: Paid when picking up the vehicle
Security deposit is fully refunded when returning the car in the same condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.
Do you charge penalties for late return?
You have a 2-hour grace period to return the vehicle at no additional cost. After that time, a full rental day is charged. We recommend planning your return with time to spare.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged during the rental?
In case of minor cosmetic damage (scratches, small dents), the $3,000 MXN security deposit is retained. For major damage, the comprehensive coverage insurance included in your rental applies.
Do you have mileage restrictions?
Unlimited mileage! Explore Baja California Sur without limits or worries. Drive as much as you want.
What are the hours for picking up and returning vehicles?
Pick-up and drop-off hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Do you perform vehicle inspections?
Yes, we perform a complete vehicle inspection both when delivering it to you and when receiving it back. This guarantees total transparency and protects both parties. We accompany you through the entire process.
